If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us before the order is shipped. We will notify you of the cancellation by email. Refund requests will be processed within one business day. Depending on how long it takes your bank to process the transaction, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (PayPal).
If the order has already been shipped, you will receive a notification that the order is on its way, and a refund is available after you return the package to us. When the return arrives at us, you will receive a refund for the order.
